Between yesterday and today I have only left my homework a few times. The result is being fairly caught up - something that has not come easily to me in this, my final semester.
As a reward for my hard work, I allowed myself to machine stitch my quilt blocks together and to piece the back sections together. It looks pretty good, even if it is a little improvised. I'm convinced I could never make an intricate quilt, but log cabin quilting gives me some freedom. For that, I am grateful.
My ever watchful critics:
They seem to approve of my quilt, even if they might feel neglected when I am studying all the time. Their seal of approval will likely be in the form of mud as soon as it is finished and on the bed.
